Purchased a new unit through a combination of visiting a local store and online sales consultant, Allison Renfroe-Roberts. Allison was instrumental in facilitating the sale and delivery. I'm sure there was a coordinated team fulfilling each role. My interactions with Allison as quarterback of the detailed, month-long transaction, were superb. I've hired many sales consultants over the 40 years of my HR career. Tellus is fortunate that I retired recently, lol.

Art and Juan were really helpful from the start. I'm not knowledgeable with tractors, so having them teach and coach me on how to care for it after repair was incredible. I just had the best customer service I've ever had. This location comes highly recommended. Just purchased a 333p at Tellus on Bandera Rd. These are big decisions with lots of competition, pricing options, etc. At the end of the day all pieces of equipment have their pros and cons. But after that day is over, you have to have total confidence in who you purchased your equipment from. Wade, is the man. Wade made this decision so easy. In September I rolled my JD 3083E Tractor on a steep hill. The seatbelt and rollbar saved my life--I have no doubt. I walked away with only a slightly injured shoulder but the tractor had major damage. The bucket took the brunt of the impact and bent nearly in half around a tree as the tractor tipped over, and the engine got knocked around quite a bit. The team at Tellus Kerrville sent someone to pick up the tractor, and he did an excellent job of gently and slowly getting the tractor upright and loaded onto his trailer. The team at Tellus Kerrville kept me informed about the damage they were finding and they ended up having to basically take apart the engine to replace bent rods and fix several other damaged items. With a brand new bucket and a nicely overhauled engine, they delivered my tractor back to me and it runs better than it did before the accident. Great service, great people, and outstanding mechanical work!!!
