John Deere Tech Program
- Earn an Associates Degree in Applied Science through the John Deere TECH Program - a two year, hands on training initiative sponsored by Deere & Company and hosted at 24 colleges across North America.
- Receive a fully-socked toolbox before school starts (and keep it upon graduation if you maintain GPA and attendance standards) + a full student-loan repayment commitment in exchange for working at a Tellus Equipment Solutions location for at least 3 years.
- Graduate directly into a high-demand career with job placement into a technician role at Tellus Equipment.
